LCU17

How was #LCU17? Who was there? What did we do?

It’s okay to be nosy, we would be too if we hadn’t experienced it all live!

LCU17 started off with a dinner on 14th November 2017, it was an unforgettable LCHF buffet where everyone found food suitable for their low carb lifestyle. The buffet did not disappoint for lunches or dinners for the whole event!

Our days had topic themes, Wednesday was our Diabetes day called Do-abetes, Thursday we learned real life strategies with low carb in Real Life: LCU Edition, Friday we heard about news in the low carb world with What’s New? and Saturday we went very low carb in Keto On, followed by an unforgettable flamenco show and closing party!

The concept of mixing lectures with workshops was amazing, all of us could dive deeper into those questions we burn a little extra for. Or take the opportunity to move our bodies, with Primal Play, yoga or SuryaSoul Dancing on the beach!

Our guests really appreciated the beautiful Espléndido Hotel, the surrounding nature, that everyone was so approachable and open and, of course, the delicious food!

Testimonials from LCU17:

From the location, the speakers, the activities and the food, it was perfect. The intimacy of the event, being in a small boutique hotel, made it unique and easy to make friends and have access to the speakers. Hanna and Bitte were warm and made sure everyone felt welcome.

So well organised. The atmosphere was so friendly. Good karma!

All in all it far exceeded my expectations.

It is fantastic that the speakers share their own stories.

Loved everything, just a request to eventually have them in other part of Europe too!

I especially liked the mix between presentations and workshops and also that there was some sort of exercise/yoga etc.
